When paying by Direct Bank Transfer, delegates will receive an invoice in their provisional booking email that is sent to them when the booking is made.
|Credit Card Invoice
Invoices for bookings that have already been paid for (including credit card payments) are always accessible from the delegate's Quicket account which is created for you when buying the tickets.
If delegates need any information added on the invoice before making payment, such as a billing address or VAT number, this is always accessible from the delegate's Quicket account. From here delegates can edit their own billing details to add to their invoice.
|EFT Payment Timeframe
Delegates have 7 days to pay for their bookings before the ticket expires.
|Change Booking Information|
Delegates can also change the names on their tickets from within their Quicket account. Delegates can log into Quicket with the email address that was used to make the booking, go to My Tickets and click Edit Details.
