What do Volunteers receive?:
- Free Conference Modules of your choice: finalisation of these to happen on briefing day
- Compensation for Transport to and from the venue
- Free catering at all meal and snack times
What does being a volunteer entail?
24th July 2012: 4pm – 9pm
- Briefing.
- T-shirts given
- Delegate Bags packed
25th July 2012: 6.30 – 4pm
- Registration
- Helping around the venue where needed
- Attending conferences and seminars at no cost
26th July 2012: 6.30 – 4pm
- Registration
- Helping around the venue where needed
- Attending conferences and seminars at no cost
27th July 2012: 6.30 – 4pm

28th July 2012: 10:00am – 4pm
- Registration

- Attending public lectures and free seat at the Premiere showing of the movie documentary called “Fuel”
29th July 2012: 10:00am – 2pm

- Attending public lectures where desired.
Volunteers also help with certain functions such as registration or helping with general running around at the event to help us where needed. Volunteers also have the opportunity to network with the delegates and exhibitors at the event and to attend certain presentations that are relevant to them. There may be times when we do not need your help in which case you can take a break and enjoy the proceedings until we call you for some help.
